Delete your account

You can delete your Hipemeco account and everything in it at any time.

What is deleted

Your sign-in, profile, reflections, wins and challenges, messages, goals, check-ins and assessment answers. Deletion is immediate and permanent; your coach no longer sees any of it. We send a confirmation to your email address.

How to delete

• In the app: More → Delete my account.
• On the web: sign in, then use the button below.
• Can't sign in? Email support@hipemeco.app from the address on your account and we delete it within 30 days.
